1 Mango Chicken Sausage from Trader Joes
Shredded carrots 1/4 cup
sauteed spinach (with garlic)
Olive Oil
1 Egg
2 Little Soya Soysauce (glutenfree/msgfree/lowsodium)
No Salt ORganic seasoning from costco (onion,garlic,oregano,peppers,basil etc)
Curry Powder from costco
1) Cook the Quinoa
1 Cup with 2 Cups of water
Bring to boil in sauce pan
Then turn to simmer and cover
let it cook,
You'll know the quinoa is finished when it looks cooked.
2) Meanwhile, sautee spinach and pan fry the sausage after cutting in
to little pieces
3) add an egg and just mix it in, after quinoa is finished cooking
4) Then Add spices, spinach, carrots, saussage.

Mix it all together and whallah!
