- Brown Rice Tortillas (Trader Joes) Toasted in Toaster 10 minutes 350deg with GHEE Butter spread on it
- Omelette with spinach and onions and spices
- Curry Flavored Red Quinoa sauteed with onion/garlic,olive oil
- salmon patties from Costco pan fried with garlic and olive oil
- sauteed onions


It was a winner!

Gluten Free Dairy Free Banana Pancakes

Yes I make Gluten Free Banana Pancakes from Scratch
This batch was made with my partner Michelle Lee.

RECEIPE:
1 Cup Gluten Free Flour (Quinoa or Rice)
1 Cup of Hemp Milk/SoyMilk/or Almond milk of your choice
2 teaspoons of Xanthum Gum
2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 tbs salt
1/2 cup of agave nectar

Spray Pan with Butter
Cook till browned on both sides

This looks like Buster! my Dog! haha. it was special ordered at Bohdi tree for someone! Vegan! I think bread pudding or something.

Agar Agar Jellies, made with COCO NUT. yumm!

For Christmas, Bohdi tree had some neat looking desserts. My fave were
these jelly ones made from AGAR AGAR (which is seaweed based)
Super low key on the sweetness, no dairy, no wheat... YUMMMY made with
coconut too...
