LIL SOYA! - GLUTEN FREE, LOW SODIUM, NO MSG

I love these little portable soy sauce fishes!
I can bring them with me everywhere, when I eat sushi.
I'm GLUTEN FREE, and I try to eat LOW SODIUM, and NO MSG, and LIL SOYA provides convenient little pre packaged Soy sauce containers.

GRILLED CHEEZUS!!

SO I MADE the MOSt delectable
GLUTEN FREE - DAIRY FREE
GRILLED CHEESE Sandwhich

Made with
George Forman Grill ( to make it like panini style)
Trader Joe's Brown Rice Bread (very like real bread, and squishes correctly)
- Soy/Tofu American and Mozarella Cheese
- Ghee Butter on both sides of bread
- Bruschetta
- Garlic dip with dill

You can buy most of this stuff at Whole Foods

Ocassionally I use KAMUT White Bread also, found in Gluten Free
Section of Whole Foods.

It was sucha hit , me and Michelle Lee ate it like 7 days in a row!!! LOL.
the key is making it in a Sandwhich maker, but if you don't have that,
a George Foreman will suffice!!!
